I. Einem Interessenten iSd § 3 Z 4 lit b NÖ GVG 2007 kommt in Ansehung des Versagungsgrundes nach § 6 Abs 2 Z 1 NÖ GVG 2007 auch eine materielle subjektiv-öffentliche Abwehrrechtsposition zu. Er ist revisionsberechtigt.
