Abstract Organization Development (OD), especially process consultation, is today a well known and recognized approach for enterprises and non profit organizations. OD works with a holistic model of organisations and is focused on shaping and steering the developmental and change process of or ganizations. Both authors are OD consultants and mediators. They interview each other: “What can an OD consultant learn from mediation?" and vice versa: “What impulses from process consultation could be helpful for mediators?"
