I. Bei der Beurteilung, ob es sich bei einer Information um eine Umweltinformation iSd § 2 UIG 1993 bzw § 8 NÖ AuskunftspflichtG 1988 handelt, kommt es nicht darauf an, ob diese Information objektiven oder subjektiven Charakter hat.
