Eine Geländeaufschüttung in Form einer bewehrten Erdekonstruktion aus Bewehrungsgitter, Geotextil und Füllmaterial (hier: mit einer Gesamthöhe von bis zu 4,19 m) ist als „sonstige bauliche Anlage“ im Sinn des § 2 Abs 1 iVm § 28 Abs 1 lit e tir BauO 2018 baubewilligungspflichtig.
