Zu § 74 Abs. 2
Richtwerte für Aktivitätskonzentrationen in Ableitungen
Bei den im Folgenden angeführten Aktivitätskonzentrationen in Abwasser und in der Abluft einer Anlage kann davon ausgegangen werden, dass die jährliche Exposition einer Einzelperson der Bevölkerung aufgrund dieser Ableitung eine effektive Dosis von 0,3 Millisievert nicht überschreiten wird. Die Richtwerte gelten im Regelfall für den Tagesdurchschnitt, jedenfalls aber für den Jahresdurchschnitt.
A. Richtwerte für Aktivitätskonzentration in Abluft
Für die Ableitung radioaktiver Stoffe in Form von Aerosolen, Gasen oder Dämpfen mit der Abluft gelten bei einer Abgabemenge von 104 bis 105 Kubikmeter pro Stunde nach Zusammenführung mit sonstiger Abluft vor der Abgabe in die Atmosphäre die in Tabelle 1 Spalte 3 und Tabelle 2 Spalte 2 angegebenen Aktivitätskonzentrationen; bei einer Abgabemenge von maximal 104 Kubikmeter pro Stunde gilt das Zehnfache dieser Werte.
B. Richtwerte für Aktivitätskonzentration in Abwasser
Für die Ableitung radioaktiver Stoffe in flüssiger Form mit dem Betriebsabwasser gelten bei einer Abgabemenge von mehr als 105 Kubikmeter Abwasser pro Jahr nach der Zusammenführung mit sonstigem Betriebsabwasser vor der Abgabe in ein Gewässer oder in eine öffentliche Kanalisation die in Tabelle 1 Spalte 4 und Tabelle 2 Spalte 4 angegebenen Aktivitätskonzentrationen; bei einer Abgabemenge von nicht mehr als 105 Kubikmeter pro Jahr gilt das Zehnfache dieser Werte.
C. Richtwerte für Nuklidgemische
Bei der Ableitung mehrerer Radionuklide, soferne es sich nicht um Radionuklidgemische im Sinne der Tabelle 2 handelt, ist die Summe der Quotienten aus den vorhandenen Aktivitäten und den jeweiligen in Tabelle 1 festgelegten Werten zu bilden. Die Richtwerte werden eingehalten, wenn diese Summe den Wert 1 nicht überschreitet.
